Our code of Ethics
The coach establishes a one-on-one relationship with the executive on the basis of absolute confidentiality; therefore the exchanges between them can not be communicated to third parties without executive’s prior approval
The coach regularly meets HR and hierarchy, at their convenience, to debrief on the coaching-assignment progress
A confidentiality agreement may be signed between the coach and the Company, at the Company’s initiative, to protect Company’s intellectual property
The Company may terminate the coaching assignment at any time, with no other liability than paying for coaching sessions performed |
